When you submit an RFQ or contact request, we collect the details you provide, which may include your name, business email, company, phone number, destination country, product requirements, specifications, quantities, drawings, timeline, and message.

The hosting environment may also record standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, timestamps, and security events.

We use submitted information to review sourcing requirements, respond to RFQs, coordinate quotation follow-up, maintain inquiry records, secure and operate the website, and improve its content and workflows. We do not sell personal information.

We may use hosting, email, notification, security, and operational service providers where needed to run the site and respond to inquiries. If advertising or analytics is enabled, providers such as Google may use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies. Advertising remains disabled until the relevant account and site settings are configured.

RFQ records are stored on the application server. We retain them for as long as reasonably needed for quotation follow-up, business records, security, and legal obligations, then delete or anonymize them when they are no longer required.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with an inquiry, subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations. Submit the request through the contact form and include enough information to identify the RFQ.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage method is completely secure. Because international oilfield RFQs may involve multiple countries, information may be processed outside your country where permitted by applicable law.
