What payment terms do you accept?
We accept T/T (wire transfer), L/C (Letter of Credit), and Western Union. Standard terms are 30% deposit with balance before shipment. We can discuss flexible terms for established customers.

What are your typical lead times?
Standard products: 2-4 weeks. Custom or large orders: 4-8 weeks. Rush orders may be accommodated with advance notice.
Which shipping methods do you offer?
We ship via sea freight (FCL/LCL), air freight, and express courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS). FOB, CIF, and EXW terms are available.
