How an RFQ is handled
1. Requirements review
We organize the equipment name, model, quantity, operating conditions, standards, documents, destination and requested schedule.
2. Technical clarification
Open points are identified before quotation comparison. Nameplate photos, drawings and existing part numbers are used when replacement compatibility matters.
3. Quotation and export coordination
Technically comparable offers can be reviewed for scope, deviations, documents, packing, delivery and commercial terms before an order decision.
What we verify
- Whether the requested model, size, pressure class, material and interface are sufficiently defined for quotation.
- Whether public technical references support the values shown on a page and where a signed datasheet is still required.
- Whether quotation scope, inspection documents, packing and delivery terms are being compared on the same basis.
